Nothing fancy, just whatever's in the Control Panel (well, I've added phonetic keyboard driver). I've installed full Cyrillic support (including Inputs, keyboard and locale) in my Windows XP. If you are confuse in words just use the screen keyboard support from windows Programmes Accessories.
